Mortgage Form Coding

Writing a code for a mortgage form. We will need to design Mortgage Form that will collect the information and deliver it to third party site. ## Deliverables We will need to create an Abandonment solution. i.e. when customers decides not to give their details to get personalized mortgage quote, we will offer them the option of seeing the rates from various mortgage lenders in their state. Upon customer answering yes show me the rates, they will then be taken to rates page in our site. Please note that we only need the refinance quote form from the attached list. We are not interested in other quote forms.
