Autocad - OGL and As Built points.

We have developed an application that compute the cut and fill volume of any earthwork projects. It does this by taking the original ground level (OGL) and the As Built level (or proposed level) of each section and then compute the cut and fill areas. It then take the next section and do the same thing. From these sections we then compute the volumes. Currently the data are manually 'take-off' from the plan and then keyed into the application. What we need is to have the ability to read in autocad file, viewed it, allow the user to select the area to compute the earthwork volume. This will then generate a file (or files) that contains the OGL and AS Built coordinates. We are only interested in the chainage, offset and height. If you do not know what we are talking about or do not know anything about autocad please do not bid. If you think the fair value is more then $100 then please bid as you like. We like to have this feature integrated into our application which is written in V Foxpro 6.0 ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
