I need to learn how to configure Asterisk for all my current and future needs. I need a quick jumpstart and future help until I can easily do it on my own. Attached are some tasks that I need to achieve. I'm willing to pay for the complete project and as a pesonal learning experience as well. Here are the basics: Set up an Asterisk Server[pref Asterisk-at-home for it's simplicity], get it up-and-running and programmer's availability for add'l future configeration contract when needed. I am serious about this project & all programmers from any country are invited to bid.

## Platform
With multiple Sipura 3000 endpoints at several locations, have a VoIP provider[VoIP#1] provisioned to cover the US calling region. And whenever calls are made to Int'l destinations from the same endpoints I would like them to be routed thru a 2nd VoIP provider[VoIP#2]. Since I'd like to share the VoIP#2 service plan with the various endpoints I believe Asterisk would be the best way of distributing this service. So in short: 1. Dial an Int'l number from any SPA3K endpoint 2. Have the call directed/authenticated to an Aterisk Box and automatically routed/connected via the VoIP#2 provider [bypassing any PIN authentication method].
