I need someone to do some research (e.g., on Wikipedia) and then generate a hierarchy of wine producing regions. The "List_of_wine_producing_countries" article on Wikipedia is a good starting point: [login to view URL] We start by separating these countries into the high level categories: Americas, Europe, Africa, Oceania, Asia. Then for each country, we generate the list of regions: e.g., for France ([login to view URL]), we have Alsace, Beaujolais, Bergerac, Bordeaux, and so on. Then, again for each region, we identify the subregions and so on. Quality (both completeness and precision) is VERY important. Of course, you can do research beyond Wikipedia in order to construct the hierarchy.
## Deliverables
The output format, should be a file with lines like this: Europe > Europe > France > Europe > France > Bordeaux Europe > France > Bordeaux > Saint-Émilion Europe > France > Bordeaux > Pomerol Europe > France > Bordeaux > Médoc Europe > France > Bordeaux > Médoc > Saint-Estèphe Europe > France > Bordeaux > Médoc > Pauillac Europe > France > Bordeaux > Médoc > Saint-Julien Europe > France > Bordeaux > Médoc > Listrac Europe > France > Bordeaux > Médoc > Moulis Europe > France > Bordeaux > Médoc > Margaux Europe > France > Bordeaux > Graves .... If you cannot figure out whether a specific region has is a "direct subregion" of some other region, or if there is something else in between (e.g., in the example above, you may find that "Pauillac" is part of "Bordeaux" but you cannot find that it is also part of "Médoc", then simply enter the line "Europe > France > Bordeaux > Pauillac". We can figure out later if there is something else to be added.
## Platform
Text file, or Excel file should be fine.
