Your domain for the application **must** be one of the following:
* A game aimed at a specific age range and / or gender
* An application to aid learning of a computing topic.
* An application to aid learning of a GCSE or A level topic.
* A marketing CD for a fictional product, service, location (town or city), tourist attraction or club. (This can be partially based on a real one)
## Deliverables
1. Build your multimedia application using Director and advanced lingo.
a. The final version of your application must be stored on a CD-ROM / DVD as a projector file.
b. It must be in Director and use advanced features including
· Lingo
· Be 15 screens
· 3D / VR Elements
· Behaviours / Objects
· Graphic Manipulation
· Features that are appropriate to your application type (e.g. the type of game genre for a game).
2. Write a fully referenced report of approximately 3000 words (excluding diagrams and appendices) which includes the following **(worth 50%).**
a. An introduction to your application including which domain it falls into from the provided list.
b. A design of the application using linear, non linear and storyboarding.
c. Details of where the resources for the application were obtained or how you created them.
d. Details of any problems encountered while creating the application and how you solved them.
e. A review of the usability of your application using a recognised technique including a critical reflection on what you would do differently if you did it again.
f. A fully researched and referenced investigation into the domain of multimedia you have covered in your application, comparing and contrasting it to another domain where multimedia could be used.
g. An appendix that should include -
· Details of your usability testing process and the results obtained.
· Printouts of the screens
· Your designs
