AutoCAD Interface

I am using AutoCAD VBA to create a 3rd party add-on. Unfortunately AutoCAD VBA _DOES NOT_ expose all of the common mouse and keyboard events normally exposed in VB.

I need someone to create an ActiveX control that will intercept mouse and keyboard events executed in the standard AutoCAD interface so that I may invoke my own code in response to the events **BEFORE** AutoCAD can act on the events. (Example: An AutoCAD user may right click in the drawing area. I want this control to intercept the mousedown and mouseup events associated with the user right-clicking the drawing area **BEFORE** AutoCAD has the opportunity to invoke its code so I can execute **MY** code instead.)

I will expect the coder I hire to supply me with a limited working version of the control (*limited in that it will only work for a couple of days while I verify that it does work as expected*) before any payment is made.

This is the begining phase of integrating my code into AutoCAD VBA and there will be more work the deeper I get into it (possibly functions that draw rubberband effects on the screen)

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

The control will be used in systems (Windows 98 and later) running AutoCAD 2000 and higher.
