ASP.NET Portal

We have the basic outline of a ASP.NET portal system created and have begun to code.

However, it has become clear that in order to complete the system and its modules on time we will need outside help. The coder we work with will need to be a master of C#, ASP.NET and SQL Server 2000, with strong knowledge of DHTML as well. The ability to think creatively is a must; graphic design skills are a plus.

All code is developed in C# and the components to finish must be as well.

The business layer and data layer are mostly finished. It is just the presentation layer that needs to be finished.

I have included a word document with a list of all the files that need to be finished are.

Once I accept the winning bid I will send all the information I have including the SQL Server 2000 database scripts.

Winning bidder will receive the started code and developed components.

What needs to be finished is most of the UI screens as well as some bug fixing in the business / data objects.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
