asterisk&SugarCRM remote install & configure 1 click calling

We have a virtual machine up & running on our intranet network. We need someone fast to install/configure asterisk & SugarCRM free edition to work together (trixbox, or something similar) in that virtual machine. You get a teamwiever number/password, telnet, web, or what ever kind of acces needed. You also get SIP account data from our telephony service provider. You need to instal before mentioned, or you can use Trixbox virtual machine. You need to setup SIP and 20 numbers in asterisk. Install SugarCRM, and enable calling from SugarCRM.
