Emailing Expert

I need an experienced email blast marketer who can deliver at least 80% in-box delivery(VERY VERY IMPORTANT) for about 50,000 emails. Provider must be knowledgeable about all of the issues that can arise from sending huge volume of emails AND have positive feedback from prior email blast projects. This is a first of many projects.I need this to be done every week Freelancer requirements include, but not limited to: Using own Non Blacklisted IP's and Servers to ensure emails don’t end up in junk or spam folders Provide Open, Link Click, Unsubscribe, Bounce Details and other reporting as needed At least 80% and up should go to inbox and not in "junk" folders or "spam" E-mails should reach to all customers within 5-6 hours after sending the e-mail I would like all responses, including returned emails, sent to my designated email address Email must be “can-spam” compliant Small test run before starting to ensure it meets my needs I will provide: Excel list of emails – of which I may ask that the first name of each contact be added to email text Text only email (1 version for about 12,000 emails and a 2nd version for about 12,000 emails) Designated email forwarding address This is the first project of many.
