Create 2D characters for an iPhone game (based on pictures of real people)

Hello! My name is Matt Heaney, and I own Team Hean, a company which makes 2D iPhone games. I need some characters created, based on pictures of real people. I need 4 characters for a new game we are making called Laps, each of which will include a number of pictures: 1 picture of the characters head for a character select screen 4 pictures which will be used to animate jumping (1 picture of the character slightly crouching getting ready to jump facing left, 1 picture of the character jumping up through the air facing left, 1 picture of the character falling facing left, and one of the character standing for the start of the game facing left) - all side views. 3 pictures which will be used to animate the character running (2 images of different position for the legs to show the character running to the left, and one image of the character turning to run in the other direction). This mean 8 pictures will be needed per character, so 32 pictures in total. Apart from the character select pictures, the pictures will be a side view. This will be basic 2D characters, but I need the characters to look like the real people they are based on (pictures attached) in a cartoony way. The game type is similar to the concept of Doodle Jump. In terms of what the characters are wearing (please view the name of the characters in the picture title): Matt - a suit Adair - a grey jumper and jeans Ryan - a dark blue hoodie and jeans Gina - the black dress she is wearing in the picture Image sizes: Picture of character head for character select screen: 180 pixels by 180 pixels All other: Width: 40 pixels, Height: 80 pixels This will lead onto future work, including different clothes for the characters, and extra characters.
