Architecture Design and Rendering - Interieur/Exterieur

Hi, I'm planning to open a new real estate broker company and the idea is to combinate a real estate office with a little austrian coffe-bar. We already have a kind of corporate design style guide, now we need the idea for the shop. The name of the company is Kops&Konsorten. My project needs to be designed and rendered. two interior renderings and two exterior renderings. i need the renderings to be done as quickly as possible. Attached you see the storefront the building we're we're going build the shop. We got 70 qm space ( 7 meter window and entrance front and 10 meter deep) The white door and windows elemets will be changed. The room is totally empty!!! If there is any question, just ask!
