Develop an interactive RPG

Need a team/someone to design and develop the game based on my story line and game concept It's to be a HD User Interactive RPG. Players can pick one of three different characters and also pick tool sets for the characters. There are 3 levels with 7 stages each. Every stage has a mini-boss and a major boss waits at the end of every level Like every RPG, Players acquire experience and reward points per stage and level cleared. With a few 'unique' weapons and/abilities scattered through out the game. Later on, users can play an interactive online game and bonus missions plus freebies would be available to those that connect online Players can also purchase items and high grade weapons online
