Hello, I can be a full time call center representative to handle inbound and outbound phone calls for Australian based business. I can accept phone calls and take booking time based on location of clients and make data entry of booking into Google Doc with clients name/address/vehicle/location (show distance from point A to B for driver). I can also do outbound call for changes in booking - SMS of change in booking or cancellation. I provide direct solutions and customer support to the consumer. Manage, help solve and give satisfaction to the customer as well as going beyond the customer expectations. Also responsible for maintaining customer's mood. Generate new orders through outbound calls and follow up on incoming sales leads. Follows-up and handles all sales/order inquiries [telephone and mail].
