Hi, We are in need of an administrative assistant who is willing, polite and hard working. You must speak and write excellent english and be a good listener. You must be able to follow and take instructions as they are. You will need to work 20-40 hours a week with us. Be reliable, logical, honest and have a can do attitude. Use your initiatives and be able to work under pressure, individually but under control. Please apply with your available working hours, the budget is up to 2 USD/ hr. Please note, you will need to send your CV and photo or be available for skype video call. You must have microsoft office, use excel, world and powerpoint professionally and you must have good writing skills, perfect english grammar. Ideally you are available in CET time for at least online meetings and you don't mind to work with your monitor shared via Teamviewer. You will need to use time tracker and fill in log book each time with new task assignments, approximate hours and report back. You will be paid weekly on Fridays and you will need to send invoice before payments. Please note, in case you are awarded you will be working with us with an opened freelancer project which will only be closed when our working relationship is over. It is necessary to avoid time wasters, there is absolute no negotiation is accepted. We offer you a bonus after the 1 month trial period. In case you deliver exceptional quality work within the time frame agreed per task, we create an additional project post and rehire you via that one, closing the last and marking as completed.
