I'm looking for a software/web developer(s) to envision, create, and innovate a new product/idea. I'm willing to invest in your new brilliant concepts if you can produce the necessary product. Hello Jasonbard, I would like to take your proposal. I have an innovative idea of making Noise free Horn System for Vehicles. My innovation wont change the current situation of Driver pressing the horn to drag the attention of other drivers. everything works as in current world. but what will be changed is the horn sound will be heard only to the person(driver) inside the car not the outside environment.
