Bluetooth product development

We have a project where we're going to take an existing board that reports pH and we want to add temperature and humidity to transmit wirelessly over Bluetooth , the Schematic attached is for the PH board , ( PH sensor not shown ) I will need board mounted Pins to plug the PH dish sensor into. Drain Source and Gate as shown, I need you to redesign this PCB to add the Temp RH Chip ( Data sheet attached) and to add a small Lithium Ion battery to power PH board and wireless, with a charging port for either recharging from wall power or ongoing trickle charge via small solar Cell. The object is to make this in small foot print I would like to find someone to help me develop this product this product development is on the fast track so if you are crunched for time please do not apply. If you are more comfortable by the hour I will consider provide you can give me some time line of development and estimated hours not to exceed... It would be very helpful if you had the skills to also help develop the App that will receive the data and send it to a Web based cloud interface, the Web based interface we already have in place we already have in place...
