BLE112, STM8, and Modbus RS485 communication Expert

I would like to hire someone with experience in ModBus, BLE112 and MCU STM8 firmware programming as well as Modbus/RS485 communication requirements. The project scope includes the following; 1. Firmware development for BLE112 transmitter module. This firmware include functions for; - Establishing communication and reading signals from another BLE112 receiver - Transmit UART data to the receiver - Read and control input and output signals. The firmware shall define parameters which can be set by the user through BT communication without the need to modify the firmware. 2. Firmware for STM8 MCU to read and control input and output signals. 3. Software for testing the Modbus communication between the BLE transmitter and receiver. This software shall be Windows PC based and shall be installed at two computers; one connected to BLE transmitter and the other is connected to the BLE receiver. The software shall implement Modbus communication protocol to send a signal to the transmitter. Upon the receipt of this signal by the receiver, the software on the receiving PC will be able to read this signal. This software does not need to be custom made. The bidder can propose the use of a readily available tool that serves this purpose. 4. Advise on the available tools that allow changing the firmware parameters of the BLE modules from cell phones or PCs. I have the circuit boards available with me.
