Convert Auklytes.lt -> English template

I have a website in Lithuania: [login to view URL] (full version only in Lithuanian; EN and RU versions are not fully translated). I need: 1. Translate this site into EN (filled with demo texts) to be used as a standard module for copies into other languages. The main requirement is clear places for all texts and their translations, so further translations can be done fast and painless: user profiles, filter, texts in all forms, etc. 2. Add additional text field into a user sign-in questionnaire and profile form 3. Translate standard module (in step 1) into RU and GER (all texts to be provided) 4. Connect to Russian and German payment aggregators (SMS payments and verification of the number, credit cards, paypal analogues) No coding changes expected at this stage. During all time I will be available to solve issues or answer questions.
