We are looking for a highly-competent VA to assist us in our customer service and social media work. We require 1 to 2 hours per day, or around 45 hours per month initially. No specific timezones required, but you will need to ensure you can clear your email account around the clock, even skeletal coverage during vacation periods. This work will ultimately lead to a long-term position, and likely a growth in the size of the role. You will be required to: -- Provide EXCELLENT email support to clients of our products -- Manage social media, with our Twitter and Facebook accounts -- Moderate forums and encourage conversation This role may expand into marketing and affiliate management as time progress. You will need to have *100% amazing* English skills. NATIVE TONGUE SPEAKERS ONLY. The slightest typo is going to drive our customers crazy. If you can't get this absolutely right, please don't expect to be on the team. We will eliminate all submissions with spelling mistakes and grammar issues. You will also need to be relatively technical, and preferably hold liberal and scientific life views, owing to the nature of the products involved. We have a small team, where we produce and support various products connected with the personal growth industry. "YOLO!" Hi, I am an economist by education and I worked for two and a half years as an admin assistant in an electrical company. Due to the nature of my job, I ran a variety of tasks, from Excel reports to sending business mails, writing replies to inquiries from suppliers or clients, doing research, various translations and the list can go on. I have a fluent command of the English language and I handle very well the MS Office Suite. I'm a flexible person, so I'm always open to taking on new tasks,even if they are not related to my job in the first place. As a freelancer, I completed several virtual assistant assignments on various freelancing websites, among which: - I worked as an admin assistant for Entel UK Ltd. The job required using the company's software (SAMS and SmartViewer) to generate daily incidents and staff attendance reports, that I afterwards edited according to specific criteria. - I worked as a virtual assistant for KG Wholesale Fireworks. The job required responding to emails, checking stock status and answering general questions about shipping and ordering. I also prepared the invoices and emailed them for approval to the sales representative. Then I concluded the orders and communicated the tracking numbers to the clients. - I worked as a researcher and comms person for Mr. Monkey Ltd., an Australian online toy seller I'm online on Skype about 14 hours a day, so we can keep in touch anytime.
