We are an online service to Teachers and Schools We are looking for a freelancer to 1. manage our customer support help desk which is being built in Zoho Desk 2. actively chat to customers who visit our website (zoho CRMallows us to know when someone is on the website and the freelancer would be expected to initiate a conversation with the potential customer) [login to view URL] to customers who request a chat session via Zoho [login to view URL] leads and contacts via zoho crm [login to view URL] workflow activities in zoho crm (we build the activities) 6. build content for our website in zoho desk (need to take screen shots and write user instructions, needs to build up FAQ in zoho desk This job is 6 hours per day initially in 3x 2 hour blocks to match Australian Working hours Mon-Friday excluding holidays 6am - 8am Perth/Singapore Time 10am-12pm Perth/Singapore Time 2pm-4pm Perth/Singapore Time We may increase hours to full time if freelancer is successful and productive
