Answer Calls and Take Messages and Route to Owners

Candidate needs to be able to speak and write perfect English (US) DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide virtual administrative support for the VP of Operations, and the US Operations team. This includes management of calendars, answering/screening calls from internal and external clients, and scheduling travel arrangements. Plan and organize the organization’s meetings; develop agendas; set-up virtual meetings, teleconferences, and training; handle conference registrations; Process expense reports. Compose, organize and design PowerPoint presentations, reports and documents. Manage subscriptions for Global Supply Chain organization; including maintaining the global corporate user list for ICIS. Track travel and vacation schedules for US Operations Prepare travel itineraries and complete/reconcile expense reports. Maintain global organization charts and send updates to the team Other duties as assigned.
