Data migration to MS Dynamics CRM 2011

We must implement MS Dynamics CRM 2011.

## Deliverables

Objectives:

- 1, Obtaining the same state as we've already got on CRM 4.0. a) data Import from CRM 4.0, b) Setting the organization & roles c) Small forms configuration d) Interface with Outlook 2010.

- 2, to develop tow reporting. a) Activities Record. b) Forecast opportunities report with export to an already formatted Excel spreadsheet.

We will even export the tables from MS Dynamics CRM 4.0 (FR) to a file directory on the Windows 2008 (US) so you can import the data to CRM 2011 (USD).

The work environment is Windows Server 2008 (US) and MS Dynamics CRM 2011 (US).
