Convert STEP file to Solidworks 2010 file

I have a large step file that I can open in Solidworks 2010. It renders accurately but the names of all the files are not correct (they are strange symbols instead of he original names written in Chinese). I need the file converted to Solidworks 2010 with the file names showing up in their original Chinese characters. Maybe if someone has a Chinese version of Solidworks they can do this?
