I need a sample Windows Phone 8 application that will stream a given URL (Icecast MP3 stream). Basically, the solution will consist of an Audio Playback Agent, and Audio Streaming Agent with custom MediaStreamSource written for Icecast MP3 streams, and a simple Silverlight UI project. The developer must be experienced with Windows Phone 8 media streaming and MediaStreamSource class. I need a custom MediaStreamSource class. Important: The audio streaming must start quickly and ther emust not be any glitches, hiccups or pauses... I need smooth streaming.

I have worked with 3 audio streaming projects for windows phone . 1- iHeartRadio 2- Audible 3- Xbox Music ( official music app for windows phone 8.1) - developed for Microsoft. I have created background audio agent for these projects and integrated the app with UVC controls. I have experience in custom MediaStreamSource . I've used this for iHeartRadio project.
