All in one SEO automation Tool

Looking for someone to deliver us a all in one seo tool that we can label on our website. Here are the features the tool must have.

1. Account creator / Email Verifier for all modules in the software

2. Article Submitter

3 Directory Submitter

4. Wiki Poster

5. Gig submitter

6. RSS Feed Submitter

7. Wordpress Blog Commenter

8. Press Release Submitter

9. Multi-Thread/Campaign - Ability to work in multi-thread and to handle multiple campaigns at once.

10. Set it and forget it - Be able to set all the settings (how many articles to post daily, social bookmarks, rss feeds, etc on all the features of the program) and be able to have software run all day and be able to perform these tasks. User defines the information.

Admin Features

Strong license client to protect the software with serial code and to be able to shut down the serial at anytime (if we were to use a monthly based subscription).

We would like a long term relationship with the programmer, that way the programmer can deliver any updates or extra features.

Project management feature. It should work like this...

User inputs 1 URL per project. Sets all of their settings globally throughout the software (Article submitter, Press release submitter, etc), sets the scheduled time to have this project start each day, and saves it. Then the user can submit more projects if they wish and have them run.
