Autonomous Robot

I am looking to build an autonomous mini robot. This vehicle will have very basic and simple abilities nothing fancy. It will have max 10-15cm size at all, and a video camera based on with or without sensors to move along the room (will be used in very limited area such as room ) and recognise the item infront and change direction till it will be switched off. I am looking a pcb design and c/c++ code for this project related to it self. Also a parts list to complete project. I will be looking for only pcb design soft copy and c/c++ source code for product. I will be building and complete manufacturing process. You will not need to buy any hardware part or build any hardware part of the robot. I will be responsble with burning codes- building pcb and soldering components on board.
