Dear prospective client, I'm an Architectural Modeller and Visualiser based in Sydney, Australia. I believe I would be the most competent and experienced person to complete your model in Revit. Though relatively new to Freelancer, projects such as yours are common to me, and I have a Master's Degree in Architecture - which means for you that I will Model your project accurately with a genuine architectural understanding of it. All work that you will find in my portfolio is achieved using Revit - please take the time to view it. - It would be very helpful if you could provide any examples of the building you want modeled. - as its complexity is a large factor in determining how long it will take, and consequently determining an adequate price for the job. - how accurate and complete are your 2d drawings? if you have accurate plans and elevations etc. in 2D then this would mean a much easier job in Revit, with completion in as little as 4 days. However, if your 2D drawings are not to building standard and precision, this could take a lot longer. - Also, is the final model intended for presentation, or for construction? both require quite different approaches in Revit, and different levels of complexity which will effect the time in which the project can be completed.
