Conversion of unprofessional drawings to good looking ones

Convert unprofessional floorplans, photos and sketches with measurements to professional drawings for gouvernment approval, the required drawings dows not have to be 100% correct, but at first glance needs to be fairly close to the actual scenario. The building (a onefamiliy house) is allready there, but has recently been upgraded and now needs a final official approval and the gouvernment has requested that drawings be submitted for approval. The project file is 2 sketches with measurements, photographs of all rooms an exteriors and original drawing (100 years old and outdated) and finally some samples of drawings that shows what the gouvernment would find acceptable.
