Hi, my company is called Carpuccino. I wish to move location and set up a new car wash with an on-site cafe. The car wash will include three lanes, depending on the customers choice of car wash. The cafe will be a modular building located in the centre of the business area. There will also be a small shopfront within the location selling alloy wheels. Additionally there will be carparking spaces, staff offices, drying rooms, store rooms etc. The washing area will be covered and will surround the cafe. This will allow the cutomer to relax with a cup of coffee in the quality cafe area while also being able to see their car being washed. The design does not need to be a final piece. I am interested in a few 3d sketches only. If you google for car wash cafe's you will get a feel for what I am interested in. the cocept is simple. a centrally located cafe with a view to the carwash area, the shopfront, and the offices and changing rooms. thers is enough room for all activities to be detailed out later and a very eye catching architectural form that will call in the customers.
