Concept idea for an addition - open to bidding

This is an existing house. We are going to add a new garage and turn the area that is the existing garage will be framed to create 3 new rooms. The new rooms are a mudroom and 2 bedrooms. We want the garage to have a cool and interesting architecture. However, it must still fit in with the existing simple design of the house. Submit 3 initial exterior elevations, either 2d or 3d. One design will be selected for more development. This may be one of your 3, or it may be a collaborative effort between you and me. Once a concept has been selected: Create a 2d floorplan for the new rooms in the old garage. Create final elevations of the exterior of the addition. Create a 3d perspective of the new interior design of the new rooms in the old garage. The file floorplan and addition are my ideas and only one example of what is described above. There are many better ways to do this and I am looking for your ideas and creativity. This project is collaborative in a nature between you and me. Therefore, a dialogue will be required throughout the project. This project may include up to 5 revisions. This project is for concept only. Detailed construction drawings and drawings with dimensions are not part of the scope. The construction drawings will be another project.
