Architectural elevations and details/small office building

Provide architectural elevations developed from the attached autocad drawings. Architectural style: Match roof pitch and architectural elements in attached photos. Note open beam over entryway in existing building. Match style over proposed building entryway. Exterior wall finishes are as shown in attached photos with brownish/red brick. Note orientation of brick. Project belongs to an American Indian tribe. Roof is architectural asphalt shingle. Interior ceiling heights are 9'-0". Building will sit 18" above grade. AutoCAD conventions: Draw to scale in modelspace to fit provided 11x17 title block. You should end up with four or five sheets. Provide dimensions, section lines, and text callouts in paperspace (NO PRINTED TEXT OR DIMENSIONS IN MODEL SPACE). Dimensions in feet, inches. Provide plan and all 4 elevations. Drawing is a sketch; only the outside dimensions are accurate (30' x 70'). Move interior walls, windows and doors to produce rooms with dimensional increments of 3 inches (eg 5' 3", 7'-6", 13'-9", 12'-0", NOT 10'-2" or 4'-1.5") wherever possible. Hatching may not be used to show finishes unless it is oriented and scaled appropriately. Label elevations. All drawings to scale, use all caps in text, show all relevant dimensions, use accepted USA/International drafting conventions. Text and arrow size 0.1875". All deliverables saved as AutoCAD 2009 or earlier files. Do not bid if you are not serious or if there are any instructions that you don't understand.
