Simple hybrid iphone and android ap

I have dnn website and I need hybrid app (iphone and android) which will have the following features: - Website database (content and users) will be source of data source. - Apps login/registration will have to be synchronised with website. - App users will have to be able to add simple post and the post should be visible on website (and vice versa). - Both apps should be published on apple and google store. As for the apps pages: - Login/registration screen. - Edit profile (that would be basically dnn website’s user profile account) - List view and detail view of website posts (synchronised with app posts) - Wizard for add post (which can be the one used on the website) I would guess this can be done quite quickly. I would prefer if this can be built on Telerik/Cordova platform (but I am open for suggestions).
