I am using Canvas LMS open source and the emails that are being replied to through mail clients are not being forwarded to the Canvas LMS inbox. This is the message my hosting company left on the Github help section but did not get a reply. The emails seem to be getting to the server, but Canvas is not processing them. Please have extensive knowledge of Canvas. This could lead to a long-term employer/employee relationship for any future issues with Canvas I may have. Please speak fluent english.
