Please re-draw our floorplan as a color 3D drawing that we can use on a website and in marketing materials. I have included a clean copy of the drawing as well as a marked-up copy showing furniture placement. Additionally I have included a few pictures of the actual apartment. Not sure if you can do this, but it would be great if you could make the finish of the floors, cabinets, and appliances resemble the actual finishes shown in the pictures (and written on the plan). Winner will lease provide a 2D drawing with your final product.
