Since graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance in from Higher Institution, I have had about 6 years of hands-on experience in teaching, marketing, administration, accounting, banking, customer relationship management and sales.
During my previous jobs, I have gained skills in setting goals and quotas and making plans to meet them. I am able to establish and build up long-standing relationships with potential customers at the same time as providing service to existing accounts.
Also, in my last employment I have had the opportunity of being expertly trained in modern aspects of customer relationship management (SAP CRM) and consequently, I know how to identify new business opportunities, initiate communication with stakeholders to evaluate their needs, sell products or services, negotiate and close deals successfully and of course use modern office tools to accomplish tasks.
