For a standard application we take following steps:
1. System Requirements
Our team starts off with a series of discussions with the client regarding the application requirements. We document all the requirements and understand their importance and role in the client©s application. A copy of which is kept with the client for reference.
2. Proptotype
Once we (client and our team) are satisfied with the requirements, we prepare a prototype of the application to be developed. This prototype includes key features and is used to explain the client as to how the application will be developed. At this point client can suggest us whatever changes he would like to incorporate.
3. Application Design and development
Once the prototype is finalized and major issues related to requirements are resolved. We prepare the application design of the application and prepare the necessary documentation for it. These documents are very much helpful at later stages such as if a change has to be done in the product after 2 years in the product; these documents act as a guide for the programmers to prepare the changes. Here the application development environment is set.
The application is developed using the design and phase by phase the deliverables are made to client. The whole application is created and is now ready for the testing.
5. Testing
The application is tested thoroughly. In case of web based applications browser compatibility issues, special characters, page optimizations, page loading, application work time and load time etc are specially taken care of.
6. Delivery
