This team requested to released milestone before starting any work. So, I did released the funds because I'm new to this freelancer.com system. They didn't finish the job. Their communication is terrible. I've been waiting 3-4 days for their response. They said they will get back to you or will send you an update, blah blah but turn out they never did unless you contact them back. They never deliver as they promised. Their actions and their words doesn't match. Always lied. They kept asking more time and I did give them more time but still- they didn't deliver what they promised. Also, their work quality is suck. Graphic design are not professional. WARNING: IF ANYONE REALLY SERIOUS ABOUT THEIR PROJECT, THIS TEAM IS NOT THE RIGHT TEAM. THEY DON'T SHOW RESPECT AT ALL. THEY WON'T RESPONSE TO YOUR MESSAGE UNLESS THEY FEEL LIKE TO-WHICH IT MIGHT TAKES SOMETIMES TO WAIT. AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THEY DIDN'T COULDN'T FINISH THE PROJECT. THEY DON'T HAVE ENOUGH EXPERIENCE TO DO THE PROJECT BUT THEY WILL TAKE THE PROJECT ANYWAY. RECENTLY , THEY GOT BACK TO ME WITH ONE CHANGED- RESIZE ONE OF THE PICTURE IN MUSIC PLAYER SCREEN AND THAT TOOK THEM 5 DAYS TO GIVE ME THAT UPDATE. I WAS REALLY PISSED. THEY GOT MY $325 AND I'M STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO REFUND ME BACK.
