## BIO Project Details \_\_\_|\_\_\_|\_\_\_|\_\_\_|\___| 1.Medisoft Suite V 2.0. Development Environment VB .NET 2003,Vb 6.0, MS SQL SERVER 2000, MS Office 2003, Windows NT/2K/2003,  VSS for Configuration Description: This Hospital Management System is designed for multispecialty hospitals and mid size hospitals, to cover a wide range of hospital administration and management processes. It is an integrated end–to-end Hospital Management System that provides relevant information across the hospital to support effective decision making for patient care, hospital administration and critical financial accounting, in a seamless flow. Some of the modules in Medisoft application are Registration: The Registration module is an integrated patient management system which handles information like Registration Bill, Patient Details, Patient Visits, Department details, Doctors information and Customers information. Consultation: Consultation module handles the information of the patient’s medical examination happened on each visit. This module has an electronic prescription sheet and patient’s medical history. Store and Pharmacy: Store and Pharmacy module deals with the automation of general workflow and administration management process of a pharmacy. This module deals with the activities such as Store Master, Store Issue, Store Return, Supplier Details etc. Procedure Section (Lab, x-ray, physiotherapy, Scan, ECG and other tests): The Procedure Section/Laboratory module automates the investigation request and the process involved in delivering the results to the concerned department/doctor of the hospital. Some of the disciplines which are being supported by the Laboratory are Biochemistry, Cytology, Hematology, Microbiology etc. Room Management System: This module is to look after the accommodation of inpatients. This module provides features like Advance booking facility on a priority basis, Room Allocation, Room Changing, Vacant and non Vacant Rooms Details, Enquiry for Inpatients Discharge Section: Discharge section takes care of patient discharge and produce consolidated statements. Equipment Management System: Equipment Management deals with the management of the surgical equipments and other machineries like insurance details, Warranty periods, Service information, Complaints Registered Damaged product’s list, AMC Details, Return of items to supplier etc. Accounting Module: The Accounting module can handle Cash/Bank, Receipt/Payments, Journal Voucher, General Ledger etc. Books like Cashbook, Bankbook and Ledger book can be generated. This module generates reports like Trail Balance, Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss statement. Staff Module (Payroll): The Payroll & Personnel module deals with Pay (and deduction) calculation, printing of salary slip, salary certificates, PF statements, Gratuity Statement and provides a monthly analysis. It also has information like employee bio-data, Attendance / Overtime details. User management (Security) and Auditing: The User Manager module basically deals with security through controlling the access to the information available in the application. Management Information System and Reports: MIS is a fully customizable module for managerial control. It produces a variety of reports based on the customization. The few of the reports Medisoft will provide for the user are Stock Report, Purchase order, Purchase invoice, Purchase return, Sales and return, Discharge report, Complaint register etc Electronic Medical Record: The EMR Module is a fully integrated knowledge repository that caters to Medical and clinical records of patients in the hospital. Canteen Management: The canteen management module handles the inventory management and billing of hospital canteen. This generates a variety of reports like collection reports, Stock Status report etc 2.Client and Business Management System. Development Environment VB.NET, Oracle 9i, Crystal Report, Microsoft Excel, Flash Mx 6.0 Description: This project is developed for Wrapsup Inc. It keeps track of employee details, Client Details, Medical details and stock details. Employee Details module consists of Payroll details, Personal details and shift details. Client details module keeps track of client details like personal details, Sales details, outstanding bills. Similarly Medical details keep track of treatment given to each Client and the result of the treatment, Allergies, Finally Stock module keeps track of the existing stock and all the stock statements. Sales history, Balance history, Payment history menus give the complete history of the client selected. Several summary reports are also generated. This system creates a virtual model of the human body based on the measurements and has the option to display the parts of the human body (Infected) in various colours, depending on the kind of pain the patient/Client experiences. This system has 2 levels of security or levels of access. From the first level the user will have all rights that is view, add, modify, delete whereas from second level the user will have only view right. 3.Garment Management Systems Development Environment Visual Basic 6.0, SQL Server, Crystal Report   Description: The system is developed for monitoring the sales of garments and to maintain the inventory. There are four modules namely sales, purchase, inventory and documents. Sales module handles the details of the clients and the items ordered. Activities like sales forecasting, inventory, material requirement plans are taken care .In the purchase modules the vendor/supplier information are     maintained. The quotations from vendors are processed. Based on the     quotation and the materials requirements plan the purchase order is raised. 4.COPS   Development Environment Visual Basic 6.0, SQL Server, Crystal Report, COM, ASP Description Cops is used to handle customer complaints, queries, Compliments and also for quality improvement, which is aiming at to fulfil customer needs and to achieve customer’s satisfaction. The customers care package in which the external entities are identified as customers, dealers and employees for quality improvement, suggestions. As and when the marketing dept receives a statement made by the end users the same is registered and later on officer in charge will look into the category of statement and forwards it to Principle investigator to Investigate the problems. The investigator intern sends the reply to the officer in charge and closes the investigation and sends to the marketing dept. The marketing dept in-turn will send a reply to the customer. This package handles several reports, which will estimate the compliments, complaints and the customers receive the quality product from the c
