Rahaman, M, S., a confident, self-motivated, quick learner and creative independent researcher, born in 1990, Bangladesh, working as academia, since 2nd may 2016 to till date in a recognised private university in Bangladesh, specialized in human resource management. before choosing the teaching profession, he has successfully completed his graduation with excellent academic records. Rahaman is highly interested in many emerging business research issues. Although my research career has just begun, I have accumulated a strong background in several research fields and have developed a strong research group that will help to ensure my future success as a quality researcher. Over the last 5 years, I have gained undergraduate and graduate research experience in human resource management. I will be expected to be able to be given a topic, research and create an ultimate resource guide that has new information, and produce content that is better than what is readily available by other sites by making something more up to date and more thorough. Consequently, some of the articles are q2, q3 ranked and isi, Scopus indexed. moreover, he has participated in many international conferences, workshops and seminars to present his research activities. As a researcher, he also uses some research platform (researchgate, google scholar, mendeley, orcid, scopus, publons and science web). In his personal life His family is an average sized Bangladeshi family, it comprises of my father, mother, senior sibling. Concerning my appearance he is a very greasy boy, a normal stature. He has a blunt nose, dark expressive eyes, and straight long hair. His companions think he is rather a stylist with an outgoing individual identity. To the extent inclinations in clothes are concerned should state that he is fairly a testy individual that is the reason nobody can nor state he have one most loved style. Today he wear the gavading gasp with T-shirt and suite and chocolate shaded shoes, yet tomorrow he leans toward pants, easygoing T-shirt and giggle. Everything relies on his mindset.
