I'm currently working for a venture capital and have worked for a number of Tier2 consulting firms, such as Kearney, Roland Berger and PwC Strategy&. · Learning Ability: As I was exposed to Medtech, TMT, industrial products and FMCG, I can identify the current condition of those companies and industries well through expert interviews and desk researches, especially at the stage of kicking off. Owing to the accumulation of these business practices, I learned deep industry insights and built up the common methodology in business world for myself. · Execution Ability: In project, I always set a framework in each of my deliverable, in order to help clients understand the key insights on the specific topic or case analysis clearly. Due to my logical framework and efficient work, my excellent performance received the appreciation. · Delivering ability: My slides can reach the criteria not only the format, but also the structure, as I can clearly present my points through visual diagram and precise expression. This skill also enables me to perform well and achieve a successful outcome in 2023 Roland Berger Case Competition and 2022 Oliver Wyman Impact Cup Case Competition. In addition, I achieved Master of Accountancy as the degree and have a good command of IFRS, US GAAP and CAS.
