October 2004 - Janruary 2005 DS3 Acess Engineer Sprint through JM Neil Contract.
Responsibilities:
I was responsible for DS3 access ordering for every segment of a DS3 circuit. Particularily I dealt with DS3's supporting Sprint's EV-DO project. In this position I also automated CIS/FMS provisioning and created some additional utilities for my group.

April 2000 - March 2002 NTAC ENGINEER II SPRINT
Responsibilities:
Managed and supported Sprint's Fast Connect xDSL network.
Tasks included: handling vendor management, equipment documentation,
high end troubleshooting, root cause analysis, reviewing new technology,
planning network upgrades, assigning work to other members of my team,
disaster recovery planning, process planning, security assessment,
and network monitoring.
Credits:
Devised and built software for dynamically performing commands across
elements throughout the network. Enabling my team to perform configuration
changes and information gathering tasks across all elements of the network
at one time. Managed an internal webserver that hosted all of the
applications I created for the company. This included an internal website
for sharing department information. The website also included 1,278 web tools
for performing certain network functions, creating scripts, etc. The goal of
the tools was to reduce the possibility of work errors as well as help improve
the department's efficiency. I also spent extra time tutoring other members of
my team. I also personally developed the configurations for a U.S. Senate video-
conferencing project. Other applications of my creation worth mentioning: The
department shift brief application used for updating a daily shift brief, and a
vendor ticket tracking system with a secure database.
