* Delivering goods:
• Manage and assign a team of truck drivers delivering goods every day to insure goods arrive on time and at right places as scheduled and as clients’ requests.
• Keep track of stock, delivery times, costs relating to logistics and transportation.
* Purchasing goods:
• Follow up contracts such as contracts with suppliers of transportation of goods, office supplies, insurance, rental contacts, etc.
• Negotiate with related-suppliers such as contractor, security agency; cleaning agency; office equipment / stationery provider, posting services providers, etc. to ensure the best corporate rates and service;
• Be responsible for the quality, quantity and cost of goods purchased.
• Be responsibility for Office budget: follow up and keep tracks of all office expenses. Control office expenses and timely send reports to the superiors as request;
* Administrative tasks:
• Take good care of the appearance of office and all facilities in order to help to create a professional and friendly working environment;
• Manage staffs' implementation of office regulation & policy;
• Advise Management for all issues related to Office rules / regulation / policies;
• Monitor and manage the daily work of security team, cleaning team, maintenance staff and tea ladies to ensure smooth operations of office systems as well as office cleanness, tidiness and security issues;
• Manage Employee card / Door access control database as well as all office keys (keys to office doors and cabinets), Books, Stationery, DVD & Newspaper. Send status report if checking request;
• Be responsible for Travel / Company meeting arrangement, Visa application management, Training material arrangement, Teaching schedule check and provide logistics support for the company's events and activities (fair, competition...) as required
