After finishing high school at Walnut Hill School for the Arts in Natick, MA as an opera singer, I was accepted to Chapman University in southern California for four years of study in screenwriting. After those four years, I took nearly a plethora of classes in literature, history, journalism and science at the University of Texas in Arlington in pursuit of a Communications degree. I am currently 24 and run my own small brokerage firm while applying to finish through my master's in screenwriting. Three of my four years at Chapman were spent largely doing production design for indie films, so in the case of screenwriting projects I command some insight on how to write for a specific budget. Competence for writing copy, articles, and academic research will be dependent on subject matter.
