VB.NET oder C#: Meine XML-Klasse verbessern

Ich möchte eine XML-Datei anhand einer Klasse serialisieren und auch wieder deserialisieren.

Das funktioniert gut, aber nur, wenn ich "genericItem" verwende, aber nicht, wenn ich die genaue Klasse verwende.

Ich möchte, dass anhand einer Schnittstellen-Doku die Klasse verbessert wird, so dass das funktioniert.
