XML Flash Site Final touches and upload

I bought an xml flash template and have completed most of the website myself. There are a few items that still need to be done, that I can't do. Here is the link to the original template so you can see exactly what I want done.

Here is what I want done, broken down by page.
ABOUT US: Make each of the three main catagories on the right of the page a link that opens to its own full page like the "READ MORE" link does on the left side of the page.
PORTFOLIO: Make each of the pictures in the portfolio open into a full sized version when clicked. With an area I can add text under the picture to describe said picture.(currently they do nothing when clicked but appear as if they should link to something when you mouse over it)
OUR SERVICES: Make each of the Icons on the right side open into a full page like the bullet point links do on the left of the our services page. (currently they do nothing but appear as if they should link to something when you mouse over it)
LINKS: Links on the left should send user to other websites. (I have them in the listed in the XML file correctly, but they dont seem to work) The links on the right of the website should open a specific PDF file which will be located on my server.
CONTACTS: I want the email address changed to a "contact us" link that opens to a CONTACT US form when clicked. Also I want to replace the google maps function that displays a map of the business location with a picture of my choosing that will fit in the same spot the map was previously.
Finally I want the completed website uploaded to my web host, and thoroughly tested.
Time is a major factor, 2 days MAXIMUM to complete this project. Though it should only take a few hours, if that. I built the rest of the site in 2 days.
