Project outlines: Hand painted paintings, exclusive customer needs.
By the required tool I will have the possibility to forward the individual customer orders directly to the artist who will paint them. Moreover I will have the possibility to see the status of production and delivery of every order.
Functionalities for the seller:
The seller registers a customer order in the store. He needs to type in the database the following information:
Customer’s data:
* Surname/Name
* Address
* Email-Addresses
Other data/functionalities:
* upload original picture
* Description of the task (what needs to be painted exactly)
* To write commentaries
* choose group of artists
* Desired date of delivery
* Deposit
* Withdrawal auf last order
Functionalities for the artist (who paints the painting from the original picture)
The artist has his own login with the following functionalities:
* read order
* download original picture/upload picture of the painted reproduction
* To write commentaries (only seen by admin)
* insert price
* Desired date of delivery possible (yes/no, if not, when delivery possible)
Functionalities Administrator
The admin is able to look at all order, which are processed and is responsible for the following:
* Acceptance of the price (made by artist)
* Acceptance of the uploaded picture of the painting (painted by artist)
* Coordination of shipment and the date of delivery
He can change all data, which is impossible for both the artist and the seller.
The language of the system is: English
The payment will be made by GAF escrow and we can start ASAP, pls apply for project with references and pls do not hesitate if you have any questions. The database needs to be accessible with a web browser from anywhere. The design can me neglected!!! I need the project to be finished within 10 days.
