Wordpress site needs additional plugins + perfomance

I have installed for first time a WP site. But it takes too much time to get all needed items working. I need a WP pro that can help me with following items to be installed. This little project needs a WP-pro that can fix this within a couple of days from now. There will be a second project when this one is ready. Second project should make it possible for customers to save all kinds of media + text documents + personal data. Project 2 definitions will be posted asap.
