I am building a WordPress website for a client, but the theme is very limiting, and I lost my navigation bar on desktop view after fiddling with the css.

I need someone who can fix my top bar, add the mobile (hamburger) menu, as well as restore my desktop nav....

You will see in the attachments, the German version is correct, but the English version is not
