15 Website changes on my wordpress site

I was wondering if you would be available to make some changes to my wordpress website? and what price you would charge to to make the 15 changes listed below? The site may be viewed at: [login to view URL] It is almost completed, but needs changes listed below: 1. In the 'checkout' section where it says 'shipping and handling', the first 3 options are correct. For the 4th option if the wording could be changed to: Free Standard International Shipping, orders greater than AUD$150 I would also like a 5th option added in that says: Free Standard Shipping to New Zealand, orders greater than AUD$80 2. For the shop by colour menu if it could appear on the right of the drop-down menu and the ‘Category’ list appear to the left, so if the list positions can just be swapped. . A category for ‘Headpieces’ will also need to be added under ‘Fascinators & Hats’ 3. If possible can the photos in the ‘spring collection’ section please click through to the same 'product detail page' as the one that appears when they click from the main product list. 4. Under the photos on the product detail pages I would like it to say 'Description' instead of 'review', I will be writing the measurements in this space. 5. On the fascinators & hats product listing page there are 2 listings for betsy light pink, and betsy mushroom. 6. When I click into 'black' from the shop by colour menu there are 2 listings of the same 'poppy' fascinator. The one without the model photo in the detail page will need to be removed. 7. In the product detail pages there is currently an option for them to expand the product photos to screen size. As some of the model photos are huge they are cut off and can’t be viewed properly, if possible it might be better to just take away the option to enlarge them any bigger than the medium sized window that they open in. 8. In 'checkout' under the 'order notes' section I would like there to be an option for Australian residents to say whether they want to sign on delivery as below: Please select from the following delivery options (Australian residents only) A) I would like to sign on delivery and collect the item at my local post office in the event I am not present. B) The parcel may be left at my doorstep/mailbox without requiring a signature on delivery. We do not send to PO boxes. *Please note if this section is left unchecked it will be at the discretion of the individual courier. 9. I would like the words 'log in' next to the cart. to be changed to 'My Account' 10. On the blog if the heading that says 'spilt milk' could be changed to 'Spilt Milk Mineral Hair Powder' with the product photo shown on the main blog and also when you click into the post. 11. Also in the blog, if the photos for the golden slipper post can be adjusted to show the heads of the [login to view URL] they click into the post if they could be shown full size. 12.I would like an instagram plugin in the margin of the blog above the 'popular posts' widget. An example of the exact one I love is on pixiespix.com.au. 13.. The contact page should be formatted exactly as below, with the address written only once (you will see it is currently written twice). When an item is refunded I would like to credit their account with funds rather than refund their credit card, is this currently possible? 15. In 'checkout' the payment option for 'cheque payment' will need to be removed. I am also arranging a payment gateway called 'eway', my account should be ready early next week to link up.
