For blog posts page:
1) Sidebar is appearing below the content - it should be on the right
2) Sidebar to be widgetized and link 'archives' removed from sidebar.
3) 5px of padding around images in blog posts required
For blog index Page:
1) Thumbnail (featured image) should not be distorted as it is now - it should crop whilst keeping the original ratio.
2) [Read More] button to be in italics
